Sealing collars for penetrations through the roof — pipes, ventilation outlets, cables, masts. Everything that passes through the covering and has to stay watertight around the opening.
Construction
EPDM elastomer on a square base with a flexible aluminium strip embedded in the edge. The strip is what makes the collar work: it is formed by hand to the profile of the sheeting and holds that shape, so the seal follows the corrugation instead of bridging it.
Where they are used
Industrial and residential construction. EPDM keeps its elasticity across the temperature range a roof goes through in a year, which is why it outlasts sealants applied on site.
