We hereby inform you that:

  2. The purpose of collecting your data is to offer our own products and services or to provide services (suppliers) for the Controller and to conclude contracts related to such activities.
  3. You have the right to access your data and to request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object, request the cessation of processing, and the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (currently GIODO, and after May 25, 2018, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  4. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the contract. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to achieve the stated purpose.
  5. The data you provide will not be shared with third parties. The recipients of the data will only be institutions authorized by law.
  6. The data you provide will not be subject to profiling.
  7. The data controller will not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.
  8. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
  • request access to your personal data from the Controller,
  • request rectification of your personal data,
  • request erasure of your personal data,
  • request restriction of the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • request data portability,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  1. Your personal data is processed both electronically and manually, in accordance with methods and procedures related to the purposes of processing referred to in point 2 above.
  2. The Controller will make every effort to ensure that physical, technical, and organizational measures effectively protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.
  3. Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the termination of the contract, in accordance with Article 74(2)(4) of the Accounting Act, counting from the beginning of the year following the year in which consent for the processing of personal data was given.

 

INFO-GLOBAL SP.J., the owner of the website info-global.pl, is committed to properly protecting the data of the visitors to the site.

1. The data of the website users will not be shared or sold to third parties or companies.

2. Data provided by the users will only be used for communication purposes.

3. Regardless of the personal data provided during communication, the website owner may use technologies that collect certain technical information, such as the participant’s IP address, browser type, and operating system used (see also point 5).

4. The info-global.pl website stores cookies on the user’s computer, used to store information for functionality purposes, such as saving browsing preferences. The goal is to facilitate browsing during the next visit to the website. The user decides which cookies are stored and how they are stored through the web browser settings (commonly used browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari). The default browser settings allow storing cookies from the info-global.pl website.

5. The website owner and entities managing the website collect statistics for the responsibility of the info-global.pl site.

6. The website owner reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy. Changes may occur at any time, and users may or may not be notified about them.

7. To improve the functioning of the info-global.pl website, cookies are occasionally used. These files are information sent by the web browser and stored on the local hard drive of the website user. Cookies do not collect any personal data of the website user.

8. This policy does not violate mandatory provisions, especially those related to consumer protection and competition. In the event of any contradictions between the provisions of this policy and mandatory provisions, the mandatory provisions will apply, and the rest of the policy remains in effect.
